I stayed in the Sidlakan Wing, as requested. The check-in staff was efficient, and the housekeeping kept everything super clean. The restaurant staff provided excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of comfort food (i appreciated the fresh fruit!). Live music in the evenings added to the relaxing vibe of the resort.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from Mactan Airport, approximately 30 minutes away. The resort created a peaceful atmosphere. It allowed for complete relaxation and escape from the daily routine.

the staff was very polite from check-in to check-out.
the beach was the biggest disappointment. it seems possibly man made. the sea was cloudy and the surface below was silty or covered in seaweed. there was limited time spent at the beach as it was not great.

I found the resort to be very accommodating. the staff displayed excellent customer service. They were always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast (especially the omelets!) was a standout. the resort grounds were well kept. I observed gardeners consistently tending to the lush greenery.
heavy machinery was in operation. this made it difficult to fully relax in certain areas of the resort.

the hotel is situated conveniently. access to nearby attractions and transport is quite easy (i found several taxi stands nearby). the resort offers a peaceful escape while remaining connected.

The resort has multiple pools. i saw dedicated lifeguards present at each one during operating hours. the restaurants offered a variety of cuisines. The buffet spread was particularly excellent with its wide selection of dishes.

the hotel hosted corporate events and the microphones were loud this disrupted the peace while swimming in the lagoon even after we asked for the volume to be lowered.

the resort features multiple large swimming pools giving guests plenty of options for relaxation the beachfront offers a calm and serene environment perfect for quiet moments and meditation plus the hotel is close to the airport facilitating convenient travel. live music is present in the evening.

the resort offered many swimming pools, and the beach was sandy. i found the overall vibe relaxing. i upgraded my room and got placed in the building resort area, a nice change. i tried the evening buffet, and i found it to be excellent.

the resort has multiple pools, including one large pool with slides and waterfalls. the spa offered a good variety of treatments in a nothing noisy. there is also a fitness center equipped with modern machines.
